When you browse the Deer Valley website, you do so anonymously. Personal information is not collected. Any personal information Deer Valley collects, you have voluntarily supplied to us or to sources such as vacation planning assistance, collateral requests and online surveys.
The Deer Valley Resort website tracks information about the visits to our site. For example, the daily number of visitors to our site, daily amount of requests for particular pages on our site and the browsers our visitors are using. These statistics are used to customize our website to better meet your needs.
The personal information you supply to Deer Valley Resort will allow us to fulfill your collateral request, alert you to offerings from the resort, notify you of special events and keep you informed about the resort.

The use of other on-snow devices such as, but not limited to, snowboards, teleboards, ski bikes, sleds, toboggans or monoskis are restricted from use on the mountain. Reasonable accommodations for adaptive ski devices will be made; however, they must be in accordance with the resort's skiing only, on alpine or telemark equipment, policy. Standard adaptive devices recognized by the ski industry and provided by the National Ability Center which provide for equal access and experience are welcome at Deer Valley.
