Seafood Buffet

The Zagat Restaurant Guide lists Deer Valley’s Seafood Buffet in 'America's Top Restaurants’ and after one visit, you’ll understand why. Seafood Buffet offers a grand feast of crab legs, Pacific white shrimp, house-smoked salmon, fresh Pacific oysters, glazed scallops, seared ahi tuna and so much more as the menu changes weekly. A variety of salads, hot appetizers, roast duck and savory prime rib are also offered nightly. Be sure to save room for visits to the dessert bar, where a grand selection of housemade desserts will satisfy even the strongest sweet tooth.

The Natural Buffet

Selections may include:

  • Fresh Dungeness and Opilio crab
  • Mountains of Pacific white shrimp
  • Freshly shucked west coast oysters
  • Sushi - California roll and Tekkamaki, Unagi
  • Poke Tuna
  • House-smoked wild Alaskan salmon with a cracked grain mustard dill cream
  • Caesar salad with fresh Parmesan and housemade herb croutons
  • Baby iceberg wedges with heirloom tomatoes, maple bacon and Roquefort vinaigrette
  • Green curry calamari salad
  • A variety of international and local artisan cheeses with sourdough toasts

Appetizers

Selections may include:

  • Cilantro lime glazed baby back ribs
  • Steamed clams and mussels with a roasted pepper, chorizo and saffron broth
  • Panko crusted shrimp with a ponzu dipping sauce
  • Fresh seafood and vegetarian soups
  • Tempura soft shell crab with sweet chili aioli
  • Marinated shrimp, opal basil and mint spring rolls
  • Pheasant pot pie
  • Scallop ceviche, heirloom tomato, garlic aioli
  • Crab and brie enchiladas, roast corn tomatillo sauce
  • Guava glazed lamb lollipops
  • Lemon panko rabbit rosemary skewers

Carvery Station

Selections may include:

  • Roasted Double R Ranch prime rib of beef with natural jus
  • Cherry glazed Mary's Free Range duck breasts with orange rosemary reduction

Hot Entrée Station

Selections may include:

  • Honey soy glazed scallops with a fresh ginger sauce
  • Seared to order Pacific yellowfin tuna with a wasabi cream
  • Deer Valley garlic mashed potatoes with shiitake mushroom sauce
  • Seared mahi mahi with lemon sauce and snap pea purée
  • Butternut squash and goat cheese ravioli with sage brown butter and maple pecans
  • Roasted acorn squash with brown sugar and butter
