Seafood Buffet

Serving a vast array of fresh seafood including sushi, chilled shellfish, hot seafood appetizers and entrées, roast duck, prime rib, vegetable specialties and fabulous desserts. Fine wines, beer and cocktail and available.

  • Fresh Dungeness and opilio crab
  • Mountains of Pacific white shrimp
  • Freshly shucked west coast oysters
  • Sushi - California roll and tekkamaki, unagi

  • House-smoked wild Alaskan salmon, cracked grain mustard dill cream
  • Caesar salad, fresh parmesan, housemade herb croutons
  • Baby iceberg wedges, heirloom tomatoes, maple bacon, roquefort vinaigrette
  • Green curry calamari salad
  • A variety of local artisanal and international cheeses, sourdough toasts

Appetizers

  • Cilantro lime glazed baby back ribs
  • Steamed clams and mussels, roasted pepper, chorizo and saffron broth

  • Seared to order Pacific yellowfin tuna, wasabi cream
  • Deer Valley garlic mashed potatoes, shiitake mushroom sauce
