The Zagat Restaurant Guide lists Deer Valley’s Seafood Buffet in 'America's Top Restaurants’ and after one visit, you’ll understand why. Seafood Buffet offers a grand feast of crab legs, Pacific white shrimp, house-smoked salmon, fresh Pacific oysters, glazed scallops, seared ahi tuna and so much more as the menu changes weekly. A variety of salads, hot appetizers, roast duck and savory prime rib are also offered nightly. Be sure to save room for visits to the dessert bar, where a grand selection of housemade desserts will satisfy even the strongest sweet tooth.

The use of other on-snow devices such as, but not limited to, snowboards, teleboards, ski bikes, sleds, toboggans or monoskis are restricted from use on the mountain. Reasonable accommodations for adaptive ski devices will be made; however, they must be in accordance with the resort's skiing only, on alpine or telemark equipment, policy. Standard adaptive devices recognized by the ski industry and provided by the National Ability Center which provide for equal access and experience are welcome at Deer Valley.
