Silver Lake Restaurant

The Silver Lake Restaurant is conveniently located mid-mountain and is open during ski season for continental-style breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is offered from 8 to 10:30 a.m. and features housemade sharp cheddar biscuit sandwich with maple bacon and egg, fresh pastries, Deer Valley granola, hot Irish oatmeal, cereals, beverages, espresso and cappuccino.

Silver Lake Restaurant offers the Natural Salad Buffet, hot specialties including grill items, pizza, tacos, soups, chilies and freshly baked goods. Afternoon snacks and beverages are available until 4 p.m.

Grab & Go Dinner

Swing by after skiing and grab dinner to go. Simply visit any of the cashiers at any day lodge to pick up your order. Options include our famous pre-made Deer Valley Turkey Chili with grated cheddar cheese, chopped onions and sour cream, fresh made soup or stew of the day and Caesar salad with housemade croutons and fresh Parmesan cheese. Please call 435-645-6632 to place your order; orders must be picked up by 4 p.m.

Bakery

A hearty selection of housemade pastries baked daily from scratch in the Silver Lake Bakery. Items may include banana-honey bread, raspberry coffee cake, brioche cinnamon rolls, fat-free muffins, butter croissants and almond bear-claw danish; also fresh bagels, Deer Valley granola, hot Irish oatmeal, assorted cereals, whole fruit and yogurt are available.

Beverages

Freshly brewed City roast coffee, cappuccino, latte, espresso, hot chocolate, cider and bottled juices.

Natural Salad Buffet

Featuring an international variety of meat, vegetable, pasta, grain and legume salads (e.g., penne pasta salad with roasted almonds, lemon and broccoli; wheat berry with roasted garlic and rosemary; sesame beef with crisp oriental vegetables); bread baked fresh daily and tossed green salad with a wide variety of condiments including fresh mozzarella with caper berries, green olives and fresh herbs.

Taqueria

Featuring three tacos on white corn tortillas, lightly dressed with shredded cabbage and choices of Mole Beef Short Rib, Pork Carnitas or Cilantro Lime Shrimp, served with a fresh, crisp salad of baby kale, red quinoa, corn and black beans. Topping choices include pico de gallo, mild red chile sauce, salsa verde, pickled red onions, grilled pineapple salsa, fresh cilantro and lime wedges.

Soups and Stews

Featuring two soups daily, (e.g., vegan wild rice and mushroom; potato leek; or roast sirloin and sun-dried tomato), as well as hearty burgundy beef stew and Deer Valley's famous Turkey Chili.

Jumbo Baked Potato

Choose toppings such as fresh salsa, Deer Valley Turkey Chili, cheese, onions and sour cream.

Daily Pot Pie and Mac & Cheese Specials

Including items such as burgundy lamb with chèvre mashed potato topping, roast game hen and wild mushrooms; three cheese mac & cheese (child-friendly), Deer Valley Triple Truffle Brie with sautéed leeks.

Gourmet Pizza

Four pizzas daily (e.g., specialty local cheese pizza; pepperoni; Italian sausage; roasted red pepper, artichoke hearts, heirloom cherry tomatoes, Deer Valley artisanal feta.

The Grill

Grilled hamburgers, housemade vegan veggie burgers, turkey burgers, all-beef hot dogs and succulent housemade bratwurst, cooked your way, with all the trimmings. Grilled cheddar and swiss sandwich and our grilled smoked turkey and swiss on rye with a mustard tarragon aioli, gluten-free fried chicken fillets.

Bakery

Bakery items are available from 10:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Our famous jumbo cookies, chocolate caramel brownies and fresh, creative desserts including chocolate silk pie, deep powder carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, German chocolate cake and fruit pies.
