Start your ski day with one of the best breakfasts in town. The newly renovated Snow Park Restaurant features the Natural Breakfast Buffet with oatmeal, granola, cereals, fresh fruit and made-to-order breakfast entrées from our grill such as eggs Benedict, omelets, Belgian waffles, French toast and more. Espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate and fresh squeezed juices are also available.

For lunch, the famous Natural Salad Buffet is featured as well as pasta, grill items, carved roasts, deli sandwiches, pizza, enchiladas, soups, chilies, stews and fresh baked goods. An assortment of cold and hot beverages are also available.

Need a little afternoon pick-me-up? Snacks are served until 4:30 p.m.

Grab & Go Dinner

Swing by after skiing and grab dinner to go. Simply stop by any of the cashiers at any day lodge and place your order. Options include our famous pre-made Deer Valley Turkey Chili with grated cheese, chopped onions and sour cream, fresh made soup or stew of the day and Caesar salad with homemade croutons and fresh Parmesan cheese. Natural Breakfast Buffet

Deer Valley granola, a variety of healthy and fun cereals, dried fruits, nuts and roasted seeds with low-fat yogurt, fresh fruit and piping-hot Irish oatmeal with Vermont maple syrup.

The Grill

Features eggs, any style, or an omelet made-to-order. Buttermilk pancakes, Belgian waffles, housemade cinnamon challah French toast served with banana butter and Vermont maple syrup, eggs Benedict with freshly made hollandaise, Deer Valley huevos rancheros and a house-smoked salmon omelet. Also available are country bacon, crisp new potatoes, sausage and four varieties of toast.


We offer a variety of croissants, muffins and nut breads, scones, coffee cakes, cinnamon rolls and bagels, all baked fresh daily.


Freshly brewed French-roast coffee, cappuccino, latte, espresso, hot chocolate and cider and bottled juices.

Lunch Menu

Natural Salad Buffet

Traditional Caesar salad, field greens, baby spinach, fresh fruit salad, assorted dressings and vinegars, a selection of seeds and nuts, a variety of fresh salad vegetables along with homemade breads and butter.

The Grill

Grilled hamburgers, housemade garden burgers, turkey burgers, all-beef hot dogs and housemade bratwurst, cooked your way, with all the trimmings. Grilled chicken breast sandwich with sautéed peppers and onions on a ciabatta bun, grilled cheese sandwich made with cheddar and Swiss.

Carvery And Pasta

Two carved roasts daily (e.g. marinated New York strip served with béarnaise or breast of turkey served with a lemon and fresh thyme sauce).

Deli - Pizza

Made-to-order deli sandwiches, including albacore tuna salad, ham, turkey, pastrami and roast beef, along with our gourmet pizzas (e.g., sundried tomatoes with smoked chicken, roasted garlic and grilled leeks, or our own kids' three-cheese).

Hot Specialties

Enchiladas, roasted butternut squash, shiitake mushrooms, Anasazi beans and corn or chicken, cheese and cilantro.

Housemade Chilies, Soups and Stews

Features three soups daily (e.g. traditional chili con carne, Deer Valley Turkey Chili, hearty tarragon and beef, butternut squash with mapled pecans or vegan smoked tomato and basil).


Our famous jumbo cookies including snickerdoodles, chocolate walnut brownies and other bars, pastries, chocolate silk pie, deep powder carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, chocolate truffle cake and fruit pies.
