The lower level features three bedrooms with ample sleeping space on a queen bed, plus a daybed, two twin beds and a twin/queen bunk. The lower level also has a cozy second living area and game room with a large HDTV and Blu-ray player, perfect for a kid’s sanctuary or movie night. Deep earth tones accent the spacious kitchen and large dining area featuring beautiful tile accents as well as modern stainless steel appliances with a double oven.  Other amenities include flat-screen televisions, ski storage and boot room located convenient to the garage, full wet bar and wine cooler, washer and dryer, daily housekeeping and bell and concierge service. The Signature Collection's complimentary in-town transportation, provided by Cadillac, is offered during the ski season as well as the skier shuttle to and from Snow Park Lodge.

Season (December 1, 2018 – April 7, 2019): Reservations made 45 days prior to arrival, one night lodging is due 24 hours from time of booking and final payment including a 13.02% lodging tax and a 4.35% resort-lodging fee is due 45 days prior to arrival. Reservations made 45 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is due in 24 hours.

Cancel Policies

Winter Season (December 1, 2018 – April 7, 2019): Once paid, all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made greater than 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit one night's lodging. Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to arrival, will forfeit full payment. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures.
