Improve your skiing in the comfort of a small-group setting with a maximum of four students per group. Our popular Max 4 ski lessons emphasize constructive techniques to help new and experienced skiers achieve better skills. Skiers are grouped by ability, comfort level and lesson goals.
Advance reservations are recommended for Max 4 lessons, especially during busy periods and holidays (December holidays, Martin Luther King weekend, Presidents' Day week and the month of March). Please note: Lift tickets are not included in the lesson price.
Receive personalized attention and individual feedback in a small-group setting. This is our unique alternative to a large-group lesson. Ski Instructors focus on technique and skiing goals to assist skiers in achieving better skills. Participants are grouped by skiing ability, comfort level and lesson goals. Max 4 lessons can be booked in advance and are sold daily on a space-available basis. Maximum of four students per group. Must be 18 years and older to participate.

Please note: Max 4 lessons will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to organize. We are unable to accommodate or refund late arrivals.
During non-holiday, non-peak periods, 16 to 18 year-olds may participate in this program.

The use of other on-snow devices such as, but not limited to, snowboards, teleboards, ski bikes, sleds, toboggans or monoskis are restricted from use on the mountain. Reasonable accommodations for adaptive ski devices will be made; however, they must be in accordance with the resort's skiing only, on alpine or telemark equipment, policy. Standard adaptive devices recognized by the ski industry and provided by the National Ability Center which provide for equal access and experience are welcome at Deer Valley.
