DEER VALLEY RESORT
IS NOW LEASING SPACE IN THE
RECENTLY ACQUIRED DEER VALLEY
PLAZA BUILDING
DEER VALLEY RESORT, PARK CITY, UTAH (May 24, 2010) Having recently purchased the Deer Valley Plaza Building at 1375 Deer Valley Drive, the Resort now has space available for lease for office and commercial use.
The Deer Valley Plaza Building is comprised of over 19,500 square feet of commercial lease space. Current tenants include Deer Valley Resort Lodging and Reservations, Jess Reid Real Estate, Burnside Property Maintenance, LCA Bank and GFA Architects. Deer Valley Resort’s lodging reservations department will also be relocating to the Plaza Building.
Deer Valley Resort plans to open a new “market” this coming fall in the existing restaurant location, adjacent to the lobby. The new market will feature a coffee shop with fresh baked goods and lunch specials including soups, chilies, stews, salads and paninis. Specialty Deer Valley to-go food items will also be available, such as Turkey Chili, homemade soups and stews, Artisan Cheeses, fresh breads, salads, frozen gourmet pizzas and enchiladas. In addition, a limited selection of grocery and snack items will be available including selections from the Signatures food line for guests as they check into their accommodations.
“Having Deer Valley Resort’s Lodging and Reservations together in one location along with the new market will create a central arrival place for our guests,” said Bob Wells, Deer Valley vice president of real estate planning. “With the building being less than a mile from Park City’s Historic Main Street and the resort’s Snow Park Lodge, it provides an ideal location for local businesses.”
