Belles at Empire Pass

The Belles at Empire Pass is an intimate new neighborhood of 14 single family homes and townhomes, adjacent to Deer Valley Resort's Silver Strike Lift and between the Village at Empire Pass and the Bannerwood subdivision.  There is convenient ski access to both the Northside Express and Silver Strike Express lifts.  The Talisker Tower Club is within easy walking distance.  The sight was formerly known as Christopher Homes at Empire Pass.

Montage Deer Valley Hotel & Resort


Montage Deer Valley and the 35,000 square foot alpine inspired Spa Montage opens in December 2010 atop Empire Pass with ski-in / ski-out access to Deer Valley Resort and other year-round activities just minutes from the resort.

Montage Residences:
The resort will also contain 81 private luxury residences situated on the upper six floors of the Mountain Craftsman designed resort building.  The 1 to 4+ bedroom residences will range from approximately 1,200 to 6,900 square-feet and feature high ceilings, private balconies, gas fireplaces, fully-equipped high-end kitchens and luxurious five-fixture stone master bathrooms with coffered ceilings and heated bath floors.

Forty-nine of the residences, with 1 to 4+ bedrooms, are offered fully furnished. These residences may be utilized as hotel suites for rental to hotel guests at the option of the homeowner.

Another 32 of the residences, with 2 to 4+ bedrooms, are offered unfurnished for custom interiors based on the homeowner's individual tastes.

Residents will have access to all Montage Deer Valley resort services and amenities, including residential concierge services, spa services, ski and bike concierge and valet services and access to Deer Valley Resort recreation.

A private owner's lounge on the Montage 8th floor will be home to the residential concierge staff. Exclusive services available to residential homeowners include travel and transportation arrangements, valet parking, luggage and sports equipment shipping and unpacking, grocery stocking, dining and spa reservations, catering, business services, childcare, entertaining and event planning assistance, and all activity bookings. The staff can also arrange housekeeping and maintenance services.

An additional privilege of Montage Deer Valley residential ownership is the opportunity for membership in the Talisker Club, which provides private access to more than 10,000 acres of private wilderness; outdoor recreational pursuits, including world-class skiing and private fly fishing, and admittance to the on-mountain members-only restaurant facilities. Separate application and membership fees apply.
