Deer Valley Signatures uses the latest encryption technology and other methods to protect your credit card information. You can place your orders online, which will use Netscape's SSL encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions) or you may telephone us with your order at 800-833-2002.

Online Payment Options

We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express cards for online orders. We can not accept the Deer Valley charge card or a Deer Valley Gift Card for online orders. Please call 800-833-2002 to place a phone order when using one of these methods of payment.

Your Privacy

We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party.

Tax

7.35% state sales tax will be added to orders shipped within Utah.

We are committed to providing you with exceptional service. Under normal conditions, all in-stock items are shipped within 3 business days after order is received. Please understand that, at times, delays may be necessary due to weather, availability, or other conditions.

If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, simply return it and we will gladly process an exchange or refund for you.

Returns

We suggest you return your package via an insured traceable method to ensure a safe, documented delivery. For returns utilizing a surface or air carrier, address merchandise to:

Exchanges

If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will send a replacement item of equal or lesser value free of charge; however if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase more expensive or additional items, you are responsible for any additional charges incurred.

Refunds

If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We'll refund the value of the item and tax (if applicable).

Gifts

Gift orders will be packaged in tissue paper and include a card with your personalized message. Please indicate your message in the designated section on the order form. No pricing information will be sent to the recipient of gift order shipments.

Gift Cards

No shipping charges for standard delivery, however, express delivery charges apply. The Deer Valley Gift Card makes the perfect gift. You may purchase in any amount. Cards may be used at all Deer Valley owned and operated outlets including: our restaurants, ski school, Signatures stores, ski rental and lift tickets. Please note, that Deer Valley Gift Card is not accepted as a form of payment for online orders. Please call 800-833-2002 to place an order over the phone using our Gift Card.
