Seafood Buffet

The Zagat Restaurant Guide lists the Seafood Buffet in "America’s Top Restaurants." A favorite of locals and visitors alike, a vast array of fresh seafood is served including sushi, chilled shellfish, fresh salads, hot and cold seafood appetizers and entrées, glazed duck breast, pasta and prime rib, plus fabulous desserts.  Fine wines and cocktails available. Located in Snow Park Lodge. Open during the winter ski season from 6:30 p.m.–9 p.m.,  closed Sundays and Wednesdays.   Free parking is available.  Adults $62, Children $34 (11 years and younger), prices do not include beverages, tax or gratuity.  Deer Valley supports the sustainability of our oceans.

The Natural Buffet - Menu Changes Nightly

Selections such as:

* Fresh Dungeness and Opillio crab
* Mountains of tiger shrimp
* Freshly shucked west coast oysters
* Sushi - California roll and Tekkamaki
* House-smoked salmon with a cracked grain mustard dill cream
* Caesar salad with fresh Parmesan and homemade herb croutons
* Baby iceberg wedges with heirloom tomatoes, maple bacon and Roquefort vinaigrette
* Green curry calamari salad
* A variety of international and local artisan cheeses with sourdough toasts

Appetizers

Selections may include:

* Cilantro lime glazed baby back ribs
* Steamed New Zealand clams with a roaster pepper chorizo and saffron broth
* Panko crusted shrimp with a ponzu dipping sauce
* Traditional fresh bouillabaisse
* Tempura soft shell crab with sweet chili aioli
* Marinated shrimp, opal basil and mint spring rolls

Carvery Station

Selections may include:

* Roasted Double R Ranch prime rib of beef with natural jus
* Cherry glazed muscovy duck breasts with orange rosemary reduction

Hot Entree Station

Selections may include:

* Honey soy glazed scallops with a fresh ginger sauce
* Seared to order Pacific yellowfin tuna with a wasabi cream
* Deer Valley garlic mashed potatoes with shiitake mushroom sauce
* Jasmine rice crusted halibut cheek with Veroniqué sauce
* Butternut squash and goat cheese ravioli with sage brown butter and maple pecan
* Roasted acorn squash with brown sugar and butter
