Silver Lake Restaurant
The Silver Lake Restaurant is open for continental-style breakfast from 8 – 11 a.m. daily, featuring fresh pastries, cereals, hot Irish oatmeal, homemade granola and beverages, including espresso and cappuccino. Open for lunch from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., offering the Natural Salad Buffet, soup, chilies, stews, specialty entrées, carved roasts, deli sandwiches and fresh baked goods. Afternoon snacks are available until 4 p.m.Grab & Go Dinner
After a long day of skiing, guests can pick up dinner on the way home. Simply stop by any of the cashiers at any day lodge and place your order. Options include our famous pre-made Turkey Chili with grated cheese, chopped onions and sour cream, fresh made soup or stew of the day and Caesar salad with homemade croutons and fresh Parmesan cheese. Bakery
A hearty selection of homemade pastries baked daily from scratch in the Silver Lake Bakery. Items may include banana-honey bread, raspberry coffee cake, brioche cinnamon rolls, fat-free muffins, butter croissants and almond bear-claw Danish. Also fresh bagels, homemade granola, hot Irish oatmeal, assorted cereals, whole fruit and yogurt.
Beverages
Freshly brewed French-roast coffee, cappuccino, latte, espresso, hot chocolate, cider and bottled juices.
Lunch Menu - 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily
Natural Salad Buffet
Features an International variety of meat, vegetable, pasta, grain, and legume salads (e.g., penne pasta salad with roasted almonds, lemon and broccoli; wheat berry with roasted garlic and rosemary; sesame beef with crisp Oriental vegetables); bread baked fresh daily and tossed green salad with all the condiments you would want, including fresh mozzarella with caper berries, green olives and fresh herbs.
Soups And Stews
Features two soups daily, (e.g., vegan wild rice and mushroom; potato leek; or roast sirloin and sundried tomato, as well as traditional chili con carne and Deer Valley's own Turkey Chili).
Jumbo Baked Potato
with toppings such as fresh salsa, Deer Valley Turkey Chili and fresh vegetables.
Daily Entrée Special
(e.g., grilled Atlantic salmon with caramelized onion and orange hollandaise, or a charbroiled breast of chicken served with Oriental glaze and a fresh ginger sauce).
The Carvery
Two carved roasts daily (e.g., marinated New York strip served with béarnaise, or breast of turkey served with a lemon and fresh thyme sauce).
The Grill
Grilled hamburgers, garden burgers, turkey burgers, all-beef hot dogs and succulent house-made bratwurst, cooked your way, with all the trimmings. Grilled Cheddar and Swiss sandwich and our grilled smoked turkey and Swiss on rye with a mustard tarragon aioli.
Deli
Made-to-order deli sandwiches with fresh sliced ham, roast beef, natural turkey and pastrami, with traditional condiments. Also available, our albacore tuna salads and freshly made hummus.
Bakery - Open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Our famous jumbo cookies, chocolate walnut brownies and fresh, creative desserts including chocolate silk pie, deep powder carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, German chocolate cake and fruit pies.
