Snow Park Restaurant

 
Snow Park Restaurant is located in Snow Park Lodge, Deer Valley's base facility.  It is open daily during the ski season .

Featuring the Natural Breakfast Buffet and made-to-order breakfast entrées such as eggs Benedict, omelets and Belgian waffles from 8 – 10:30 a.m.  Espresso and cappuccino are also available.  Open for lunch from 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., offering the Natural Salad Buffet, pasta, grill items, carved roasts, deli sandwiches, pizza, enchiladas, soup, chilies, stews and fresh baked goods. Afternoon snacks are available until 4:30 p.m. 

Grab and Go Dinner

After a day of skiing, guests can now pick up dinner on the way home.  Simply stop by any of the cashiers at Snow Park Restaurant and place your order.  Swing by after skiing and grab dinner to go.  Options include our famous pre-made Turkey Chili with grated cheese, chopped onions and sour cream, fresh made stew of the day and Caesar salad with homemade croutons and fresh Parmesan cheese.  Orders must be picked up by 4:30 p.m. at Snow Park Restaurant.  For more information or to order by phone, please call 435-645-6629.

Breakfast Menu - 8 to 10:30 a.m.

Natural Breakfast Buffet

Our own homemade granola, a variety of healthy and fun cereals, dried fruits, nuts and roasted seeds with low-fat yogurt, fresh fruit and piping-hot Irish oatmeal with Vermont maple syrup.

The Grill

Features eggs, any style, or an omelet made to order. Buttermilk pancakes, Belgian waffles, homemade cinnamon challah French toast served with banana butter and Vermont maple syrup, eggs Benedict with freshly made hollandaise, Deer Valley huevos rancheros and a house-smoked salmon omelet. Also available are country bacon, crisp new potatoes, sausage and three varieties of toast.

Bakery

We offer a variety of Danishes, muffins and nut breads, scones, coffee cakes, cinnamon rolls and bagels, all baked fresh daily.

Beverages

Freshly brewed French-roast coffee, cappuccino, latte, espresso, hot chocolate and cider and bottled juices.

Lunch Menu - 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Hot Specialties

Enchiladas: roasted butternut squash, shiitake mushroom, anasazi beans and corn or chicken, cheese and cilantro.

Jumbo Baked Potato with condiments such as chili, Turkey Chili, cheese, fresh salsa, bacon, yogurt and sour cream.

Carvery And Pasta

Two carved roasts daily (e.g. marinated New York strip served with béarnaise or breast of turkey served with a lemon and fresh thyme sauce).

Daily pasta selection with three sauces (e.g., roasted vegetable marinara sauce, sautéed veal and shiitake mushroom sauce or house-smoked salmon with fresh dill and capers).

Homemade Chilies, Soups And Stews

Features two soups daily (e.g. traditional chili con carne, Deer Valley's own Turkey Chili, or hearty tarragon and beef, butternut squash with mapled pecans and vegan smoked tomato and basil).

Natural Salad Buffet

Traditional Caesar salad, field greens, baby spinach, fresh fruit salad, assorted dressings and vinegars, a selection of seeds and nuts, a variety of fresh salad vegetables along with homemade breads and butter.

The Grill

Grilled hamburgers, garden burgers, turkey burgers, all-beef hot dogs and bratwurst, cooked your way, with all the trimmings. Grilled chicken breast sandwich with sautéed peppers and onions on a ciabatta bun, grilled Cheddar and Swiss sandwich.

Deli - Pizza

Made-to-order deli sandwiches, including albacore tuna salad, ham, turkey, pastrami and roast beef, along with our gourmet pizzas (e.g., sundried tomatoes with smoked chicken, roasted garlic and grilled leeks, or our own kids' three-cheese).

Bakery

Our famous jumbo cookies including snickerdoodles, chocolate walnut brownies and other bars, pastries, chocolate silk pie, deep powder carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, chocolate truffle cake and fruit pies.
