Gravity Gauge Bike Camp For Youth

Deer Valley Resort's Gravity Gauge Mountain Bike Camp is an opportunity to introduce and perfect biking skills specific to free-ride gravity-style riding for youth 10 to 15 years old. Camp will be held Saturday and Sunday, July 11 - 12, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Established in 1992, Deer Valley's bike school is one of the oldest in the country and out 1:5 staff-to-camper ratio allows for personal instruction from expert riders. At the end of the camp, participants will receive a DVD/video analysis of their riding skills and progress. Campers will also become familiar with bike maintenance, component adjustments, proper trail etiquette and safety.

The camp cost is $150 and includes the instruction, lunch and lift ticket. Intermediate or higher biking ability with single-track experience is required. Camp is for children ages 10 to 15 years. Bike rental is not included, however, bikes are available for rent at a 20% discount off regular season rates for campers.
