Mahre Training Center Ski Camps

These three- and five-day sessions, conducted in part by Olympic medal winners Phil and Steve Mahre, provide skiing fundamentals to all ability zones. They include six hours of daily instruction by Deer Valley's top ski instructors, indoor sessions, unique Mahre Training Center progression, video and other amenities. Five camps will be held from December 2008 through February 2009. Advanced reservations are necessary. Participants must be 12 years or older. Lift tickets are included in the price. Specialty Programs

These innovative programs involve you in planning the focus of the day. Programs will offer stance, balance and alignment analysis, video analysis and new equipment demo, along with a get-acquainted social. Participants must be 18 years and older.

Exclusively for Men - Conducted by Deer Valley's top male ski instructors, participants will improve their skills and expand the types of terrain they can ski, while learning with men of similar abilities.

Exclusively for Women - Participants will enjoy the excitement and camaraderie of skiing with other women of the same ability zone while improving their skills. These programs are specifically designed for women and conducted by Deer Valley's top female ski instructors.

Pickup, Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Reservations - Advance reservations are essential for all Deer Valley services throughout the ski season, especially during the Christmas holiday period, Martin Luther King weekend, Presidents' Day week and the month of March. For reservation information, please call 888-754-8477 or 435-645-6648. All products are subject to availability and may sell out at any time. It is highly recommended that only one family be included on each reservation.

Payment - The full cost of Skier Services products reserved in advance will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Cancellations/Changes - We will gladly give a full refund if cancelled by 5 p.m. two days prior to the first day of the program, otherwise, a $75 fee will apply.

Product Transfers - Skier Services products are not transferable to another person, date or program.

No-shows - Full-day rate will be charged for the missed day and remaining days will be cancelled. Products cancelled after the start time are considered a 'no-show.'

Weather & Snow Conditions - Weather and snow conditions are not viable reasons for cancellation.

Start Times - All activities begin promptly at their designated times. Please allow a minimum of 60 minutes to arrange for equipment rentals and to get to your designated meeting place. Due to the size of the Resort and the number of skiers enrolled in activities, we are not able to accommodate late arrivals. Refunds will not be issued.
