Mountain Biking
Deer Valley's summer operation will begin on Friday, June 13th. During the summer, lift-served mountain biking, hiking and scenic rides are offered from the Silver Lake Express chairlift at our base facility, Snow Park Lodge, and the Sterling Express chairlift, mid-mountain. For your convenience, we recommend starting your day from Snow Park, which offers ample parking. In addition, bike rentals and lessons are available from either location.
LIFT-SERVED MOUNTAIN BIKING
Experience the thrill of biking at Deer Valley Resort, rated by Mountain Bike Action magazine as one of the ten best mountain bike destinations. Bikers and bikes are whisked up the mountain on the Silver Lake Express and Sterling Express chairlifts to an array of exciting options, including 55 miles of panoramic trails.

Season
Open daily June 13th, through Labor Day, then weekends only through September 14th, conditions permitting.
Chairlift Hours
Silver Lake Express
located at Snow Park base area: 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
(Last chair down leaves at 5 p.m.)
Sterling Express
located at Silver Lake mid-mountain: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
(Last chair down leaves at 4:30 p.m.)
Rates for Silver Lake Express and Sterling Express Lifts:
- All-day bike pass: $28
- Single ride with bike, starting at either Snow Park or Silver Lake: $19
- Scenic ride, adult: $15
- Scenic ride, senior (65+): $12
- Scenic ride, child 6 to 12 years: $12
- Scenic ride 5 years and under: Free
- Summer Season Pass: $275
- Interchangeable Hospitality Pass: $550
Scenic ride and bike passes go to the top of Bald Mountain, starting at either Silver Lake or Snow Park Lodge.
Rates for Silver Lake Express only
- Single scenic ride, adult: $8
- Single scenic ride, senior 65+: $5
- Single scenic ride, child 6 to 12 years: $5
- Single scenic ride, child 5 years and under: Free
One round-trip ride beginning at the top or the bottom of Silver Lake Express.
Group Lift Tickets

Lift ticket does not include bike rental.
Signed Acknowledgement of Risks Agreement (by parent or guardian if rider is under 18) required. Helmets also required for bikers.
