I hereby agree to be filmed or photographed or to otherwise have my, image and likeness recorded or otherwise fixed in any tangible medium of expression (collectively, the “Content”) by Deer Valley Resort’s authorized personnel.

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, I hereby unconditionally grant to Deer Valley Resort Company, LLC, its subsidiaries and affiliates and all their respective successors and assigns (collectively, the "Licensees”), a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, paid-up, non-exclusive, sub-licensable and transferable license and right to reproduce, modify, transmit, distribute, publish and otherwise use, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed and for any lawful business purpose whatsoever, any or all Content. This license includes the right to identify or otherwise associate the Content with my social media handles.

I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release and discharge the Licensees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the Licensees’ use or distribution of any Content, including all demands for compensation and claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

I understand and agree that this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard for conflict of law principles. If any provision of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the parties intend for the adjudicator to modify and enforce the provision in a manner that best achieves the parties’ express intent, and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in full force and effect. If I am under the age of 18, the undersigned parent or legal guardian is entering into this agreement on my behalf and warrants that he/she has adequate legal authority to do so.
