Treat your little ones to Deer Valley’s Summer Adventure Camp. Campers will discover a mountain of fun and wonders through adult-supervised and age-appropriate activities like sports, nature studies, scavenger hunts, art, and community projects with our state-licensed counselors.

The Campers
Descriptions, rates and weekly summary schedules-
Mountaineers (7 - 12 years of age) will also participate in creative activities, nature discovery studies and team-oriented sporting events under the guidance of enthusiastic counselors. Exciting field trips are planned weekly to explore a variety of recreational resources in the area. We also offer other activities for our Mountaineers for an additional fee on Wednesdays throughout this summer. These outings include Park City Sailing, standup paddleboarding with PC SUP and bike lessons at Deer Valley. Hiking, mountain biking*, swimming, rollerblading, scavenger hunts, wet and wild water games, volunteer projects and creative arts and crafts are all part of this fun and educational program.
Counselor-to-camper ratio; 1:5-8.
*Bicycles are not provided but are available to rent.

Policies
To ensure quality programming, the age requirement will be strictly enforced. Minimum and accurate age requirements are strictly observed for each child’s safety. We reserve the right to move children to the appropriate program based on their skill level or if it is determined that the child’s date of birth has been incorrectly stated. Children placed in a program because their birth date is incorrectly stated are not guaranteed a place in the program. Parents will be called to pick up their children and cancellation fees will apply
Liability forms, legibly completed by a parent or guardian, are required for any participant who is under the age of 18 years, whether renting a bike, bringing their own bike, taking a lesson, or are enrolled in Summer Adventure Camp. Please refer to the other links in your confirmation email for appropriate forms
The Children's Center is a nut-free environment
Summer Adventure Camp activity fees (e.g., swimming, field trips, etc.) will be charged at the end of the week. Please refer to the Parent’s Guide for additional details. Field trips and special activities range from $15 to $40; swimming fee is $6. Activity fees are not included in prices listed
Campers need to bring a nut-free sack lunch, water bottle and sunscreen daily
Nutritious sack lunches are available for $8. Sack lunches include the following; ham or turkey sandwich, jelly sandwich for children who are 2 years old and younger, slice of American cheese, string cheese, Nutri-Grain® bar, serving of fruit and bag of chips. Mustard and mayonnaise are included as well
Park City's complimentary bus system is used to transport campers on local field trips
Cancellation and Change Fees
If you need to cancel or change a reservation, you must call or speak directly with a Skier Services agent before 5 p.m. three (3) days prior to each booked date in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations or changes made one to two days prior to the first day will receive a partial refund. The following fees, per product, per person, per day, will be deducted prior to issuing a refund:
Summer Adventure Camp: $25
Day-of and No-shows: Full amount per product
There are no refunds for day-of cancellations or no-shows
Products are non-transferable to another family member, friend or a different day. Weather conditions are not viable reasons for cancellation. Appropriate fees will apply to lessons cancelled after the deadline

Our plan is to have the children enjoying outdoor activities as much as possible. We require that children, even if non-symptomatic, do not attend camp if anyone in your household has had a COVID-19 test with the result still pending. We will continue to review these policies throughout the summer. After carefully checking your reservations, please also review the following information.

• All correspondence from Deer Valley Summer Adventure Camp will be sent to the email address provided
• A late fee of $2 per minute will be charged for children picked up after 5 p.m.
• The average cost for an Explorers or Mountaineers field trip or special activity is between $15 and $40. All fees will be charged to the credit card on file
• All camp charges will be processed at the time of booking to the credit card provided. Weekly activity fees (e.g., swimming, field trips, etc.) will be charged at the end of the week in which the activity occurs
Cancellations/Changes
• Daily/Weekly Reservations: For daily and weekly programs, all changes and cancellations must be made by phone or in person before 5 p.m. three (3) days prior to the reserved date; otherwise, a $25 fee will be assessed. Day-of cancellations or no-shows will not receive a refund
Due to limited availability and vendor commitment, the special Wednesday activity bookings for Mountaineers, such as PC Sailing, Mountain Biking, Paint Fusion, Red Flower glass blowing and PC SUP Paddleboarding, are non-refundable.

Grasshoppers: 12-18 months and walking
Little Ramblers: 19-23 months
Ramblers: 2 years
Trekkers: 3-4 years and completely potty-trained
Explorers: 5-6 years

We appreciate your cooperation in the following areas:
Hours: Camp activity hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Children may be dropped off as early as 8 a.m. and must be picked up by 5 p.m.
Lunch: Provide your child with a healthy, nut-free lunch and beverage. Prices do not include lunch or beverages. However, a nutritious sack lunch is available daily for a fee; advance notice preferred. A snack will be provided every afternoon
Arrive on time: Please sign your child in by 9 a.m. This gives us the opportunity to get to know you and your child before we start our daily activities. If you have any special instructions for the staff, please allow extra time
Pick up on time: Please pick your child up no later than 5 p.m. If you anticipate being late, please call us if you can. A late fee of $2.00 per minute will be assessed for late pick-ups
Sign-in and sign-out: For safety reasons, sign your child in each morning and out each afternoon with a staff member. Unless previous arrangements have been made, we will not allow your child to use public transportation or walk home. Please notify us if someone else will be picking up your child. If their name does not appear on the Summer Adventure Camp Registration Form or you have not contacted us about a change, we will not be able to release your child
Shoes and socks must be worn each day. Sandals and open-toed shoes limit play and will not be acceptable for the activities we have planned for your child. Please have close-toed shoes available for each day
Mark all personal belongings. Please mark your child's name on all backpacks, sweatshirts, coats, hats, etc. to help keep lost items to a minimum
Sunscreen: Please apply sunscreen to your child before bringing him/her to camp
Special activity items: Be sure to check the activity calendar daily for any special items needed
Illness: If your child becomes ill, you will be contacted to pick him/her up

Trekkers (ages 3 through 4 years and completely potty-trained) are led in small group settings while they have fun discovering nature and making new friends. Exciting local outings are planned weekly to explore our mountain environment.

Grasshoppers (12 - 18 months), Little Ramblers (19 - 23 months) and Ramblers (age 2 years) enjoy play time with friends, music and movement, art and many other organized activities in a fun environment. We have separate rooms, counselors and activities for each group in accordance with developmental licensing requirements. Policies
To ensure quality programming, the age requirement will be strictly enforced. Minimum and accurate age requirements are strictly observed for each child’s safety. We reserve the right to move children to the appropriate program based on their skill level or if it is determined that the child’s date of birth has been incorrectly stated. Children placed in a program because their birth date is incorrectly stated are not guaranteed a place in the program. Parents will be called to pick up their children and cancellation fees will apply
Liability forms, legibly completed by a parent or guardian, are required for any participant who is under the age of 18 years, whether renting a bike, bringing their own bike, taking a lesson, or are enrolled in Summer Adventure Camp. Please refer to the other links in your confirmation email for appropriate forms
The Children's Center is a nut-free environment
Summer Adventure Camp activity fees (e.g., swimming, field trips, etc.) will be charged at the end of the week. Please refer to the Parent’s Guide for additional details. Field trips and special activities range from $15 to $40; swimming fee is $6. Activity fees are not included in prices listed
Campers need to bring a nut-free sack lunch, water bottle and sunscreen daily
Nutritious sack lunches are available for $8. Sack lunches include the following; ham or turkey sandwich, jelly sandwich for children who are 2 years old and younger, slice of American cheese, string cheese, Nutri-Grain® bar, serving of fruit and bag of chips. Mustard and mayonnaise are included as well
Park City's complimentary bus system is used to transport campers on local field trips
Cancellation and Change Fees
If you need to cancel or change a reservation, you must call or speak directly with a Skier Services agent before 5 p.m. three (3) days prior to each booked date in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations or changes made one to two days prior to the first day will receive a partial refund. The following fees, per product, per person, per day, will be deducted prior to issuing a refund:
Summer Adventure Camp: $25
Day-of and No-shows: Full amount per product
There are no refunds for day-of cancellations or no-shows
Products are non-transferable to another family member, friend or a different day. Weather conditions are not viable reasons for cancellation. Appropriate fees will apply to lessons cancelled after the deadline

Thank you for choosing Deer Valley Resort’s Summer Adventure Camp. We offer an exciting variety of outdoor and educational activities. Our plan is to have the children enjoying outdoor activities as much as possible. We require that children, even if non-symptomatic, do not attend camp if anyone in your household has had a COVID-19 test with the result still pending. We will continue to review these policies throughout the summer. After carefully checking your reservations, please also review the following information.

• All correspondence from Deer Valley Summer Adventure Camp will be sent to the email address provided
• A late fee of $2 per minute will be charged for children picked up after 5 p.m.
• The average cost for an Explorers or Mountaineers field trip or special activity is between $15 and $40. All fees will be charged to the credit card on file
• All camp charges will be processed at the time of booking to the credit card provided. Weekly activity fees (e.g., swimming, field trips, etc.) will be charged at the end of the week in which the activity occurs

• Daily/Weekly Reservations: For daily and weekly programs, all changes and cancellations must be made by phone or in person before 5 p.m. three (3) days prior to the reserved date; otherwise, a $25 fee will be assessed. Day-of cancellations or no-shows will not receive a refund
Due to limited availability and vendor commitment, the special Wednesday activity bookings for Mountaineers, such as PC Sailing, Mountain Biking, Paint Fusion, Red Flower glass blowing and PC SUP Paddleboarding, are non-refundable.

Lunch: Provide your child with a healthy, nut-free lunch and beverage. Prices do not include lunch or beverages. However, a nutritious sack lunch is available daily for a fee; advance notice preferred. A snack will be provided every afternoon
Arrive on time: Please sign your child in by 9 a.m. This gives us the opportunity to get to know you and your child before we start our daily activities. If you have any special instructions for the staff, please allow extra time
Pick up on time: Please pick your child up no later than 5 p.m. If you anticipate being late, please call us if you can. A late fee of $2.00 per minute will be assessed for late pick-ups
