Deer Valley's audio-visual partner, Wasatch A/V, can provide on-site equipment and support for the most up-to-date hybrid meeting needs as requested
Our Food and Beverage staff are trained and certified with either the Summit County Food Handlers and/or ServSafe certification and always abide by the current food codes
Hand sanitation stations are available throughout our facilities and positioned in each meeting room
Room diagrams are provided to guide your planning and preparation for your event. Specific spacing needs can be addressed with the Banquet and Conference Service Managers to make certain we are providing the best options for your program

Corporate Flex Midweek Pass

This flexible midweek pass offers exceptional value for weekday skiing at Deer Valley. Tickets are $169 each and valid Monday through Thursday, excluding blackout dates.

Designed for maximum flexibility, this premium pass provides access any day of the week, Monday through Sunday, excluding blackout dates. Tickets are $249 each.

Pass Details & Restrictions

This offer is available exclusively to Utah-based companies.
A minimum purchase of 30 tickets is required. Additional tickets may be added in increments of 10.
All tickets are valid for one day of skiing and are non-refundable.
Tickets may be used on any eligible day during the 2025–26 winter season and are redeemed upon first scan at the lift gate.
Blackout Dates: December 26, 2025–January 4, 2026; January 17–19, 2026; February 14–16, 2026; February 21–22, 2026; March 7–8, 2026; March 14–15, 2026.
