Discover Edgar’s Après, Deer Valley’s go to gathering spot, where the commitment to sport is highlighted and guests are invited to watch their favorite events. Located on the second floor of Snow Park Lodge, Edgar’s Après celebrates the remarkable history of Deer Valley, from hosting the FIS Freestyle World Cup to the unforgettable 2002 Winter Olympics. Named in honor of Edgar Stern, the visionary founder of Deer Valley, the bar is a tribute to the legends who have shaped our slopes, including the iconic Stein Eriksen.
At Edgar’s Après, guests can stop in for lunch and experience a menu you would find at any sports bar, with a Deer Valley twist. Try the buffalo wings, the famous Deer Valley Chili Nachos, or one of the rotating lunch specials. Edgar’s Après features a full bar with signature cocktails and offers a welcoming space to spend time with family, kids included, and friends. State of the art screens and audio ensure you will not miss a moment of the action, whether it is a live game or a classic sports highlight. Watch parties for major events are also hosted throughout the season.
