Located on the second floor of Snow Park Lodge, Edgar's Après celebrates the remarkable history of Deer Valley, from hosting the FIS Freestyle World Cup for 27 years to the unforgettable 2002 Winter Olympics. Named in honor of Edgar Stern, the visionary founder of Deer Valley, our bar is a tribute to the legends who have shaped our slopes, including the iconic Stein Eriksen.
At Edgar's Après, we offer a menu you would enjoy at any sports bar but with Deer Valley’s spin. Try our buffalo wings or the famous Deer Valley Chili Nachos, Edgar’s Après has a full bar with our signature cocktails, and you can enjoy the company of family (kids are welcome) and friends in an exciting new space. Our state-of-the-art screens and audio ensure you won't miss a moment of the action, whether it's a live game or a classic sports highlight. We also plan to host watch parties for big events so keep an eye out for special events.
