High West Whiskey Lounge Returns For Deer Valley's Spring Après Scene
DEER VALLEY RESORT; PARK CITY, UTAH (Feb. 23, 2026) – In partnership with High West Distillery, Deer Valley Resort welcomes the High West Whiskey Lounge to McHenry Beach, located mid-mountain outside the resort’s Silver Lake Lodge. The 3-day après celebration, featuring locally crafted spirits and DJ sets, will take place March 13 – 15, 2026.
“We are proud to partner once again with our local friends at High West to deliver the lively Whiskey Lounge experience to Deer Valley’s après guests,” said Deer Valley Resort VP of Food & Beverage Jacob Musyt. “Whether it’s the first, last, or only stop of the day on the mountain, guests are invited to raise a glass, unwind, and enjoy the party.”
The High West Whiskey Lounge will be at McHenry Beach, located mid-mountain outside Silver Lake Lodge, from March 13 – 15, 2026. From 11 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day, guests can sip beverages by High West, savor gourmet bites from Deer Valley’s award-winning culinary team, and warm up by cozy wood-burning cauldrons. The event will also feature a shot-ski station where guests can don their best furs and cowboy/cowgirl hats, leather branding with Kemo Sabe, cornhole on the snow, and live DJ sets while guests kick back in the ski beach lounge. Admission is free and ID is required for this 21+ event.

THE DEER VALLEY DIFFERENCE
Deer Valley Resort, located in Park City, Utah, set the standard for luxury in skiing by offering the service and hospitality of a five-star hotel. The ski-only resort is now delivering the largest expansion in ski resort history for the 2025/26 season. This winter, Deer Valley unveils seven new chairlifts, including the East Village Express—a 10-passenger gondola connecting the new Deer Valley East Village to Park Peak. Since December 2024, Deer Valley has added 10 new lifts, doubling its skiable terrain and redefining the mountain experience. This transformation is part of Expanded Excellence, a resort-wide initiative that includes a new portal at Deer Valley East Village with 1,200 day-skier parking spaces, the reimagining of Snow Park base area, and enhancements to on-mountain infrastructure. The resort now features 31 chairlifts, 4,300 skiable acres, seven bowls, and benefits from 300 inches of average annual snowfall. Deer Valley limits daily lift ticket sales and is renowned for its award-winning ski school, elegant day lodges, exceptional dining, and a wide range of luxury accommodations. In 2026, the resort named GMC as the official vehicle of Deer Valley and introduced a new fleet of GMC vehicles for resort transportation and guest experiences. Deer Valley has been named the United States’ Best Ski Resort by the World Ski Awards for 13 consecutive years.
