Residence Details
5 Bedroom/5 Bath
Deer Crest 3127 is a luxurious, ski-in/ski-out private home located in the gated Deer Crest neighborhood. It has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and two half-bathrooms. The main level features a full kitchen with a 10-person dining space, breakfast nook, laundry room, living space with gas fireplace and large screen TV, as well as access to a three-car garage.
The first bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double sink. The second bedroom has two twin beds with an en suite bathroom containing a combination tub/shower and double sink. Access to the outdoor patio and fire pit is also from the main level.
The third bedroom, located on the upper level of the home, features a king bed, fireplace, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with a steam shower and jetted tub. There is also a space for office use and a small seating area. The lower level features a ski foyer with ski racks, lockers and direct access to a ski run that connects to Deer Valley Resort. Additionally, a family room with minibar, fireplace, game table, billiards table, large seating area, private spa and patio are located on this level. Two additional bedrooms are also found on the lower level.
The fourth bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom. The fifth bedroom contains a king bed, two twin-over-queen bunk beds and en suite bathroom. In addition, guests will enjoy the private theater room, gym and second laundry room on this level.

Special Booking Requests
All residences in rental are individually owned and managed by Deer Valley Resort Lodging and Reservations. A residence request may be made at the time of booking. Requests are honored based on availability.
Our best efforts to accommodate any booking requests will be made. Any change to your request will be communicated back to you by our Reservations department post booking. If you prefer, you may also call and speak with a Vacation Planner at 435-645-6528 or 800-558-3337.

Ski Season Policies
Payment
A one night deposit, including taxes and fees, is due at time of booking. Full payment, including taxes and fees, is due 45 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than 45 days from arrival, full payment is due at time of booking.
All transactions at Deer Valley will now be cashless in order to expedite transaction times and enhance the guest experience.
Deer Valley has implemented contactless payment options at key point of sale locations, allowing us to operate more efficiently and securely. Guests are encouraged to “tap-and-go” with their credit card or mobile payment device at checkout or use our mobile ordering options for food and beverage purchases.
Deer Valley gift cards are accepted at most resort owned and operated outlets. Please check here for the complete list of outlets that are able to accept gift cards.
Cancel
Cancellations made greater than 45 days prior to arrival forfeit one night’s lodging and tax. Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to arrival, will forfeit full payment. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures.
Travel Insurance
Optional Travel Protection Insurance is available to protect your investment. Insurance is provided by Spot Insurance. Not all insurance products or coverage are available in all jurisdictions. Coverage is subject to actual policy language.

During these anticipated capacity time periods, tickets are non-refundable.

Dates that are not listed above may be exchanged or refunded.

Pet Policy
Rental guests are not allowed to have pets inside any of the Deer Valley Resort managed residences. A $500 fine, plus cleaning expenses, will be incurred for any violation of this policy.
