Our base area, Snow Park, is home to a wide selection of Deer Valley-managed accommodations, from hotel rooms to seven-bedroom private homes, including ski-in/ski-out locations. From other Snow Park accommodations, it’s a quick walk or shuttle ride to Snow Park Lodge, which is home to Deer Valley Ski School and Rental Shop, The Children’s Center, Snow Park Restaurant, shopping and more. The Silver Lake and Carpenter Express chairlifts as well as the Wide West beginner ski area, serviced by the Burns and Snowflake chairlifts, are located adjacent to the Snow Park Lodge. During the ski season Deer Valley Café and The Brass Tag are our two restaurants in the Snow Park area and are open daily, year-round. It is also a short distance, just a mile, to Park City’s lively Historic Main Street from the Snow Park area.
During the summer months, our Snow Park area accommodations provide guests with easy access to Deer Valley’s lift-served mountain biking and hiking trails and scenic chairlift rides. Snow Park Lodge is home to our summer ticket office, mountain bike rental and instruction, guided hiking, Summer Adventure Camp and a wide variety of concerts at the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater.
To access Snow Park Lodge, Deer Valley’s Snow Park area accommodations provide complimentary in-town and resort transportation. This service is for Deer Valley Resort Lodging guests (winter only). Some accommodations are considered walking distance to the complimentary skier parking shuttle.
Park City’s renowned public transit system runs year-round, providing complimentary access to Snow Park Lodge as well as many areas within Park City and beyond. The Snow Park area is so conveniently located that a private vehicle may not be necessary, due to the diverse transportation options that exist.

Nestled in the resort’s mid-mountain area, and offering an alpine ambiance, the Silver Lake Village features a variety of condominium and hotel accommodations, including ski-in/ski-out options and several within walking distance of Silver Lake Lodge and its adjacent ski rental shop, ticket office, retail stores and chairlifts. During ski season, complimentary shuttle service is provided from many locations to Silver Lake Lodge, home to the Silver Lake Restaurant, Royal Street Café and elegant evening dining at The Mariposa, Deer Valley’s premier restaurant.
In the summertime, the Silver Lake area accommodations provide guests with excellent access to Deer Valley’s lift-served mountain biking and hiking trails and scenic chairlift rides. Silver Lake Lodge is home to the Royal Street Café, which is open daily for lunch during our summer season and features outdoor deck dining with amazing mountain views. Also, the Silver Lake Snack Shack serves snacks, wraps and beverages to go from this location.
To access Silver Lake Lodge and village, many of Deer Valley’s Silver Lake area accommodations are just a short walk away. All resort-managed residences provide rental guests with complimentary in-resort/town shuttle service, many byCadillac (winter only).

Our most secluded lodging is high up on the mountain in the Empire Pass area and features ski-in/ski-out access at properties such as Flagstaff Lodge, The Grand Lodge, One Empire Pass, Shooting Star and Arrowleaf Lodge. You’ll also find the Empire Canyon Lodge which hosts Fireside Dining in the evenings, Wednesday through Saturday, during the ski season.
In the summer, the Empire Pass lodging locations provide guests with excellent access to Deer Valley’s mountain biking and hiking trails.
Deer Valley’s resort-managed residences in the Empire Pass area provide rental guests with complimentary access to in-resort and town shuttle service via the Empire Express App (winter season only).
Park City’s renowned public transit system runs year-round as well, providing complimentary access to Empire Canyon Lodge as well as many areas within Park City and beyond.
