Fresh Tracks Kitchen in Snow Park Lodge is open daily during the winter season for breakfast, lunch and après-ski. With an emphasis on healthful cuisine, breakfast offerings include oatmeal, cereals, fruit, and fresh bakery items, along with classic breakfast entrées such as eggs Benedict, omelets, huevos rancheros, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and a selection of juices and coffee drinks. For lunch, fresh salads, soups, chili, ramen, internationally-themed warm rice bowls, smash burgers, sandwiches and more are featured. The open, cafeteria-style experience provides walk-up stations with face-to-face interaction with the chefs and allows guests to choose from our diverse offerings including sides, sweets, snacks and a kids’ menu. Specialty cocktails, beer, wine, assorted cold beverages, and coffee drinks are also available.

After a great day of skiing, be sure to join us for après-ski on the second floor. We offer a tantalizing selection of appetizers and snacks along with specialty cocktails, cold beer and wine, with indoor seating available as well as outside on our expansive decks.
