East Village Restaurant
The East Village Restaurant brings fresh, comforting, and customizable dining to Deer Valley East Village, our newest base area. Skiers can craft their perfect bowl at the Soba Noodle Bar or choose from crisp salads, elevated sandwiches, and warm alpine classics such as Mountain Mac and Cheese and Deer Valley’s signature chilis. Breakfast pastries, parfaits, and burritos offer easy options to start the day, while desserts like the Deer Valley Cookie and German Chocolate Cake add a sweet finish.
A curated beverage selection features local draft beer, canned seltzers, bottled teas, kombucha, and a full menu of espresso and hot drinks to enjoy between laps. With its welcoming atmosphere and thoughtfully prepared menu, the East Village Restaurant is a comfortable stop for a quick refuel or a relaxing break on the mountain.

Corduroy Lunch
Experience the excitement of Corduroy Lunch, a new offering at the East Village Restaurant. Enjoy perfectly groomed snow on Spitfire, Caledonia, Klondyke, Pinafore, Mountain Monarch, and the lower section of Matchless, all kept freshly tilled and untouched until noon with easy access from the East Village Gondola Mid Station. After your laps, stop by the sprung structure for a signature Shepherd’s Pie topped with “groomed” mashed potatoes inspired by the flawless runs you just skied.
