East Village Restaurant

East Village Restaurant is offering a limited menu for the remainder of the season. Enjoy coffee, beverages, and pastries until 11 a.m., followed by the Brined & Battered Chicken Shack, beer trailer, and an indoor beverage station from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The East Village Restaurant brings fresh, comforting, and customizable dining to Deer Valley East Village, our newest base area. Skiers can craft their perfect bowl at the Soba Noodle Bar or choose from crisp salads, elevated sandwiches, and warm alpine classics such as Mountain Mac and Cheese and Deer Valley’s signature chilis. Breakfast pastries, parfaits, and burritos offer easy options to start the day, while desserts like the Deer Valley Cookie and German Chocolate Cake add a sweet finish.

A curated beverage selection features local draft beer, canned seltzers, bottled teas, kombucha, and a full menu of espresso and hot drinks to enjoy between laps. With its welcoming atmosphere and thoughtfully prepared menu, the East Village Restaurant is a comfortable stop for a quick refuel or a relaxing break on the mountain.

Per Utah state law, effective January 1, 2026, mandatory ID checks will be required for all sales of alcoholic beverages. We encourage all guests to carry identification at all times when visiting our restaurants.
