JUNE 10, 2025

In the first update of the season, Vice President of Mountain Operations Steve Graff shares exciting progress on Deer Valley’s terrain expansion, part of the resort’s Expanded Excellence initiative. Filmed at the top of the East Village Gondola at Park Peak, Steve highlights major construction milestones including the nearly complete mid-station at Big Dutch, a finished base terminal, and ongoing work on the East Village skier services building. A temporary facility featuring dining, rentals, and ski storage will open for the 2025–2026 season. He also introduces the new Hail Peak Maintenance Facility, set to support one of the world’s most advanced snowmaking systems by October. With over 2,000 acres of new skiable terrain coming next winter—including a standout run named Redemption—big things are on the horizon at Deer Valley.
