Deer Valley Features Chef Diego Briones For Taste Of Luxury Series Jan. 23 & 25, 2026
DEER VALLEY RESORT; PARK CITY, UTAH (Jan. 5, 2026) – Deer Valley Resort announces the next installment of their Taste of Luxury Series, which will showcase the culinary prowess of Michelin Star Chef Diego Briones. Tickets are on sale now at deervalley.com for an exclusive VIP meet-and-greet and 4-course dinner, as well as a hands-on cooking class with Chef Briones, on Jan. 23 and 25, 2026.

Owner and Head Chef of Z’Som in Vienna, Austria, Chef Diego Briones has been cooking around the world for the last 15 years in Chile, Peru, Canada, Spain, China, the Philippines and France. The Michelin star chef’s Chilean roots and international experience inform his authentic dishes of modern South American cuisine. Experiences with Chef Briones at Deer Valley include:

THE DEER VALLEY DIFFERENCE
Deer Valley Resort, located in Park City, Utah, set the standard for luxury in skiing by offering the service and hospitality of a five-star hotel. The ski-only resort is now delivering the largest expansion in ski resort history for the 2025/26 season. This winter, Deer Valley unveils seven new chairlifts, including a 10-passenger gondola, and more than 80 new ski runs. In total, this expansion brings the resort to 10 new lifts and over 100 new runs added since December 2024, marking a major milestone in Deer Valley’s transformation. This transformation is part of "Expanded Excellence", a resort-wide initiative that includes a new portal at Deer Valley East Village with 1,200 day-skier parking spaces, the reimagining of Snow Park base area, and enhancements to on-mountain infrastructure.Deer Valley now boasts 31 chairlifts, over 200 ski runs, seven bowls, 300 inches of annual snowfall, and 4,300 skiable acres. The resort also limits daily lift ticket sales and is known for its award-winning ski school, elegant day lodges, exceptional dining, and a wide range of luxury accommodations. Deer Valley has been named the United States’ Best Ski Resort by the World Ski Awards for 13 consecutive years.
