Chef Lee Anne Wong partners with Deer Valley’s world-renowned culinary team to source the highest quality ingredients from Utah, in addition to unique ingredients she will bring with her from Hawaii, to prepare an elaborate 6-course dinner on three separate nights from August 15 to 17, 2024 at the Empire Canyon Lodge. Each evening begins with a VIP reception at 6:45 p.m., partnered with La Colombe, followed by dinner at 7:30 p.m. A special selection of wine and cocktails from wine importers and local spirits producers will be thoughtfully paired with each course.
