Deer Valley and the Arts Council of Park City & Summit County Announce Coloring Book Collaboration
DEER VALLEY RESORT; PARK CITY, UTAH (September 4, 2025) – Deer Valley Resort and the Arts Council of Park City & Summit County announced a new creative partnership to produce a Deer Valley-inspired children’s book and a refreshed, modern edition of the resort’s popular coloring book. The collaboration invites regional artists to submit proposals to illustrate both titles, bringing to life Deer Valley’s alpine setting, skiing adventures, beloved resort characters, and the playful spirit families enjoy on our slopes.
As part of the project, Deer Valley will contribute 5% of profits from both titles to the Arts Council of Park City & Summit County, supporting local programs that provide opportunities for artists, youth, and families across the region.
“Deer Valley is built on attention to detail, genuine care, and experiences families cherish,” said Susie English, Vice President of Marketing at Deer Valley. “This project brings those values to life in a story children can read, color, and share, while supporting the local arts that enrich our community.”
“The Arts Council champions and celebrates the artists who shape this community,” said Jocelyn Scudder, Executive Director of the Arts Council of Park City & Summit County. “Partnering with Deer Valley connects local talent with a beloved mountain brand, and the profit-share ensures this project continues to support arts programming long after the books hit the shelves.”
