    Please note that availability varies by property, and this offer is subject to change at any time. The selected property’s standard deposit and cancellation policies apply. This promotion is based on availability and may not be used with any other offers or discounts. This promotional rate is valid on stays of 30 or more consecutive nights. Reservations are subject to review and final approval by Deer Valley Resort. Please note that stays of 30+ nights are tax exempt. Taxes and fees will be removed after the reservation is reviewed and approved. The following Deposit and Cancellations policies apply to stays of 30 or more consecutive nights:

    1. Deposit Policy:
      • For stays during the winter ski season (the dates during which Deer Valley Resort is open to the public for winter ski season operations), in whole or in part, a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total booking price is due at time of booking. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made less than 45 days from arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking.
      • For all other stays, a non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the total booking price is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made less than 30 days from arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking.

    2. Cancellation Policy:
      • For stays during the winter ski season, in whole or in part, cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the 25% deposit (which, if not paid, remains due). Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the full booking price (which, if not paid, remains due). No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures.
      • For all other stays, cancellations made greater than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit the 10% deposit (which, if not paid, remains due). Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the full booking price (which, if not paid, remains due). No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures.
