True blue right through, The Dead South don’t shy away from ruffling traditionalists’ feathers from time to time, as they flawlessly execute banjo rolls and lightning-fast mandolin tremolos, 3-part harmonies and songs of classic themes -murder ballads, disloyalty, ghosts and the like, all with a wink and a smile. As they continue their climb to the top, The Dead South have learned an important lesson: If you’re going to be outsiders, you’d better be great.

Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and now calling Colorado home, horticulturist/musician Gregory Alan Isakov has cast an impressive presence on the indie-rock and folk worlds with his six full-length studio albums: That Sea, The Gambler; This Empty Northern Hemisphere; The Weatherman; Gregory Alan Isakov with the Colorado Symphony; Evening Machines (nominated for a Grammy award for Best Folk Album), and his newest album, Appaloosa Bones. The Associated Press proclaims, “He has that magical ability to convey both urgency and grandeur at the same time…Simple. Straightforward. Are there any ADA accommodations for the Deer Valley Concert Series?
ADA general admission tickets are available by contacting box@tsrpresents.com. ADA parking is available at Deer Valley Resort. Lawn chair seating is not provided. Nine inch high chairs are available to rent for $10. There is not a restriction for height of lawn chairs for ADA general admission ticket holders. Higher chairs will be placed toward the back of the section to accommodate grass/blanket and lower seating viewing.
