Ignite Your Senses

Experience Fire & Flavor Festival at Silver Lake, where acclaimed chefs bring live-fire cooking to the mountains every Saturday and Sunday from July 11 through August 9, 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Each weekend features a distinct lineup, from open-fire seafood to regional BBQ, alongside craft pours from local Utah breweries and live music. The experience is rounded out by Chef Peter Menteer’s 8-foot paella with local meats and seafood and Chef Sam Phelan’s plank salmon cooked over open fire pits.

Admission is free with lift access. Food and beverage are available à la carte, with $25 entrée plates.
