On August 24, 2025, join Chef Morelli for a hands-on pasting making class at The Brass Tag and enjoy your freshly made creations over a wine-paired lunch.

Hands-on Cooking Class

Indulge in an exclusive culinary experience with Chef Morelli at The Brass Tag. In this immersive, hands-on class, you’ll learn the art of crafting pasta from scratch under the guidance of Chef Morelli and Deer Valley’s culinary team. Following the class, savor your freshly made creation, perfectly paired with hand-selected wines. Each guest will depart with a pasta maker, a custom apron, and a special gift to commemorate the experience.
