Deer Valley Announces 2025 Summer Operations
DEER VALLEY RESORT; PARK CITY, UTAH (April 25, 2025) – Deer Valley Resort announces the return of a vibrant lineup of summer activities, events, and dining experiences, providing guests with the ultimate way to enjoy summer in the Wasatch Mountains. The 2025 summer season is slated to run from June 20 through September 21, 2025, with highlights ranging from concerts in the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater, al fresco culinary offerings to lift-served hiking, biking and Summer Adventure Camp.
Deer Valley’s Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater will once again come alive this summer with two signature music events: the Deer Valley® Music Festival, presented by the Utah Symphony, and the Deer Valley® Concert Series, produced in partnership with The State Room Presents.
The Deer Valley Music Festival opens on July 3 with the beloved Patriotic Pops concert and continues through July and August with a stellar lineup of guest artists, including Common, Lindsey Stirling, The Beach Boys, and more.
Kicking off the Deer Valley Concert Series, Maren Morris: The Dreamsicle Tour takes the stage on July 29, 2025. Additional performers will be announced in the coming weeks.
To learn more and purchase tickets, visit deervalley.com/concerts.
Culinary experiences at the resort this summer will include casual and elevated options alike, with Royal Street Café, The Sticky Wicket, The Brass Tag, Deer Valley Café and The Creative Academy, all returning for seasonal service.
On September 13 and 14, Deer Valley will host the Fourth Annual Deer Valley Mountain Beer Festival, a high-elevation celebration of local brews, food, and live music. Tickets will go on sale at deervalley.com in June.
Now in its 29th season, Deer Valley’s Summer Adventure Camp returns with flexible programming for children ages 2 months to 12 years. The camp operates out of the state-licensed Children's Center in Snow Park Lodge and blends outdoor exploration with arts, crafts, and fun. Summer Adventure Camp will be in session weekdays, beginning Monday, June 9 through Friday, August 15. The hours of operation are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with organized activities from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Registration is now open at deervalley.com or by calling 435-645-6648, and campers can be enrolled for daily sessions or seasonal spots.
Summer Operations and Trail Access Update
As Deer Valley continues planning for the future Snow Park Village transformation and finalizes its construction phasing and transition plan, no major construction impacts are expected to Snow Park area summer operations this year. While some on-site activity may occur, guests can expect the same parking and overall high-quality mountain experiences Deer Valley is known for in the Snow Park base area.
Mountain Biking
Due to the installation of the new Pinyon Express high-speed 6-pack chairlift and associated snowmaking infrastructure upgrades, mountain biking on Bald Mountain and access via the Sterling Express chairlift will be closed for the 2025 summer season. Approximately 50% of Deer Valley’s bike trails will remain open, focusing on lower-mountain trails in the Snow Park area, including the newly enhanced Ripple, Regulator, and Undertow flow trails.
To reflect this temporary access change, Deer Valley’s 2025 Summer Season Pass will be the Wasatch Gravity Pass, a new, joint pass with access to both Deer Valley and Solitude Mountain Resort for $450. For more information about the Wasatch Gravity Pass, please visit deervalley.com.
Scenic lift rides and hiking will still be available via Sterling Express and Silver Lake Express chairlifts with pricing and options including:
Mid-Mountain Access: $10
Summit Access: $30
Each scenic ride option includes one free child ticket, ages 12 and under, per paying adult.
The Silver Lake lawn area will remain a hub for live music, family activities, and specialty food events throughout the summer, for up-to-date information, please view the Deer Valley event calendar at deervalley.com/events.
