Kids Eat Free at The Brass Tag


New this summer, up to two kids dine free per table (ages 12 and under) at The Brass Tag, located in the Lodges at Deer Valley. Enjoy a selection of fine Italian cuisine, including creative small plates, fresh salads, brick-oven pizza, house-made pasta, specialty entrées and a unique selection of desserts featuring the best locally sourced ingredients and accompaniments. A full bar, beer and wine are also available.



Creative Academy Classes


Deer Valley Creative Academy offers a collection of culinary experiences and cooking classes, led by industry professionals and local experts suited for seasoned chefs and aspiring foodies alike. Classes are held from 3:30 – 5 p.m. at the Deer Valley Plaza Building.

Fire & Flavor Festival

The new Fire & Flavor Festival celebrates the art of live-fire cooking. The experience kicks off on July 11 with an exclusive dinner and chef reception featuring flame-kissed fare by Chef Ryan Arensdorf, followed by a two-day, open-to-the-public festival at Silver Lake—Deer Valley’s lift-served mid-mountain hub— on July 12-13. Enjoy signature dishes from Chef Ryan Arensdorf, Chef Sarah Glover, Chef Peter Menteer, and Chef Sam Phelan, along with open-fire demos, planked salmon, smoked specialties, live music, and beer pairings from five of Utah’s top breweries.

Join Chef Clement Gelas, Executive Chef at Talisker Club, and winemaker Cardiff Scott-Robinson for an unforgettable evening on the Deer Valley Café Deck. As the sun sets, Chef Gelas, known for his inventive French cuisine inspired by his Haute-Savoie roots, will present a five-course menu thoughtfully paired with Cardiff’s refined blends from the Duckhorn and Paraduxx portfolios.



Mountain Mixer Cocktail Contest Live Competition

Deer Valley hosts the live competition of the Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA) Mountain Mixer Cocktail Contest. Ten talented mixologists from Park City restaurants will present their respective cocktails and showcase their creativity, technique, and personality in front of a panel of judges and captive audience members who will vote to decide the winner. Taste of Luxury Series | Hands-On Cooking Class with Chef Giancarlo Morelli


Aug. 24, 2025 | 1 p.m.



In this immersive, hands-on class at The Brass Tag, guests will learn the art of crafting pasta from scratch under the guidance of Chef Morelli and Deer Valley’s culinary team. Following the class, participants will savor their freshly made creation, perfectly paired with hand-selected wines. Each guest will depart with a pasta maker, a custom apron, and a special gift to commemorate the experience.



Deer Valley Mountain Beer Festival
Sept. 13 & 14, 2025 | Noon – 5 p.m.



This two-day festival includes scenic chairlift access throughout the resort, outdoor dining, live music, and family-friendly activities. Sample a curated selection of Utah’s finest craft beers—including full-strength varieties—and discover diverse styles from beloved local breweries. Festival access is only available via chairlift, with parking and check-in at Snow Park Lodge.



Guests can also kick off the weekend with the Brewmaster Dinner, a VIP Brew & Culinary Tasting on Friday, September 12, from 6-9 p.m., at Silver Lake Lodge. The Brewmaster Dinner is an intimate, high-elevation dining experience celebrating the art of beer pairing. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated five-course dinner prepared by Deer Valley’s renowned chefs, with each course expertly matched to a distinctive craft brew that complements its flavors.     • THE DEER VALLEY DIFFERENCE

      Deer Valley Resort, located in Park City, Utah, set the standard for luxury in skiing by offering the service and hospitality of a five-star hotel. The ski-only resort is now delivering the largest expansion in ski resort history for the 2025/26 season. This winter, Deer Valley unveils seven new chairlifts, including a 10-passenger gondola, and more than 80 new ski runs. In total, this expansion brings the resort to 10 new lifts and over 100 new runs added since December 2024, marking a major milestone in Deer Valley’s transformation. The expansion is part of “Expanded Excellence,” a resort-wide initiative that will grow Deer Valley to 5,726 skiable acres, a new base area and portal at Deer Valley East Village with 1,200 new day skier parking spaces, a Snow Park base area transformation and enhance existing mountain infrastructure. Deer Valley now boasts 31 chairlifts, over 200 ski runs, seven bowls, 300 inches of annual snowfall, and 4,300 skiable acres. The resort also limits daily lift ticket sales and is known for its award-winning ski school, elegant day lodges, exceptional dining, and a wide range of luxury accommodations. Deer Valley has been named the United States’ Best Ski Resort by the World Ski Awards for 12 consecutive years.
