FIRE & FLAVOR FESTIVAL
July 11-13, 2025
New this season, Fire & Flavor Festival celebrates the art of live-fire cooking. The experience kicks off with an exclusive dinner hosted by Chef Ryan Arensdorf on July 11, followed by a two-day festival at Silver Lake on July 12-13, 2025. Enjoy signature dishes from Chef Ryan Arensdorf, Chef Sarah Glover, Chef Peter Menteer, and Chef Sam Phelan, along with open-fire demos, live music, and beer pairings from five of Utah’s top breweries. Admission is free with the purchase of a $10 lift ticket from Snow Park, and one child may ride free per paying adult. Food and beverage are sold à la carte throughout the festival, with each culinary station offering a $25 plate.

Join Deer Valley’s culinary team on Park City’s Historic Main Street for a one-night-only outdoor dinner, featuring Southern flavors and seafood specialties. Tickets are $450 per person. Secure your spot.

THE STICKY WICKET
Step into the vintage charm of this 21+ mid-mountain bar. Favorites include brisket fries, fried chicken sandwiches, and house-made ice cream.

ROYAL STREET CAFÉ
Creative American cuisine, fresh salads, and signature entrées served on a scenic deck at Silver Lake Lodge.
